Quality Over Quantity

It's no secret that I believe a minimalist approach is the optimal way to improve your strength, health and performance,

Minimalism, at it's core, is about championing quality over quantity.

It's choosing substance over breadth.

Going an inch wide and a mile deep.

Put simply, it's much better to do a few things really well, then to do a bunch of things poorly.

With your diet, focus on a few quality foods instead of a million "healthy" recipes.

With your training, focus on getting stronger in a few key movements instead of doing 30 exercises poorly.

For your health, focus on getting quality sleep, eating right and a daily walk instead of taking a bunch of supplements.

When you shift your mindset to improving the quality of the things you do instead of just doing more, your results will skyrocket.
